e2D World School, a trailblazing online education platform, is excited to announce multiple openings for part-time Founding Professors of Practice and Faculty Leaders in the disciplines of Human Resource Development, Data Science, Technology, and Financial Lending Network Development. These unique roles offer the opportunity to become global influencers, co-producing learning content, facilitating Harvard-standard case studies, and developing new communities of learners every 15 weeks.

We are seeking candidates with a mindset for developing expertise akin to McKinsey Consulting experience. As a Faculty Leader, you will mentor groups of 25-36 learning leaders, helping them develop in vital areas including technology competencies, human resources skills, and financial lending networks. You will also have a key role in building the 'Uber of Education' through your commitment to our mission and your innovative teaching and mentoring approach.

Position Description:

Your role will extend beyond traditional teaching, encompassing the co-production of learning content, facilitation of case studies, and creation of robust learning communities. You'll also be involved in design thinking and agile project management, working closely with a team of partner faculty to ensure the high quality of our courses and contribute to the professional growth of our learning leaders.

Essential Responsibilities:

Co-produce learning content and facilitate Harvard-standard case studies in Human Resource Development, Data Science, Technology, and Financial Lending Network Development.

Mentor and guide up to 36 learning leaders.

Commit approximately 5-6 hours per course per week, primarily during evenings and weekends.

Develop new communities of learners every 15 weeks.

Participate in building the 'Uber of Education' through innovative teaching and mentoring.

Collaborate with a team of partner faculty to maintain course quality and promote personal professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in online teaching using a learning management system is preferred.

Minimum degree requirement is a master's degree with a Ph.D. preferred in the respective discipline.

Expertise is required in the subject area of the course.

Mindset for developing McKinsey Consulting level expertise is preferred.

We are seeking an Associate Executive Director to join our team and help us achieve our mission. The successful candidate will have a strong background in volunteer and paid member onboarding and retention, grant writing, and maintaining sustainable growth for non-profit organizations.

Responsibilities:

Volunteer and Paid Member Onboarding and Retention:

Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and retaining volunteers and paid members.
Create and maintain a positive and supportive environment for volunteers and paid members.
Provide ongoing training and support for volunteers and paid members.

2. Grant Writing:

Identify and research grant opportunities.
Write and submit grant proposals.
Maintain accurate and complete grant records and reports.

3. Maintaining Sustainable Growth:

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and ensure long-term sustainability.
Work with the Executive Director to develop and implement fundraising initiatives.
Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure financial stability.

4. Program Development:

Work with the Executive Director to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
Manage and evaluate existing programs to ensure effectiveness and impact.
Monitor and report on program outcomes and impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, business administration, public administration).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a nonprofit organization.
Experience in volunteer and paid member management, grant writing, and nonprofit fundraising.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
